TNI Opens The Possibility Of 16 Witnesses Become New Suspects In The Murder Of Prada Lucky

Head of the Information Service of the Indonesian Army (Kadispenad) Brigadier General Wahyu Yudhayana said 16 witnesses who were being investigated in connection with the case of mistreatment of Prada Lucky Saputra Namo could potentially become suspects.

"For the other 16 people, further investigations are still being carried out and it is possible that there are new suspects from the results of the examination," Wahyu said when confirmed in Jakarta, Monday, as reported by Antara.

According to Wahyu, they have the potential to become suspects because they are considered to know the process of persecution.

So far, Wahyu continued, investigators from Pomdam IX/Udayana have named four suspects for Lucky's persecution.

"Four suspects were detained at Subdenpom IX/1-1 Ende as follows, Pratu A, Pratu E D A, Pratu P N B S and Pratu A R R," said Wahyu.

Wahyu also handed over the entire investigation and investigation process to the POM AD. He also ensured that the legal process that was running at POM AD would be in accordance with the applicable military law.

Prada Lucky Saputra Namo was declared dead on Wednesday (6/8) after being treated intensively in the ICU at Aeramo Hospital, Nagekeo Regency.

Prada Lucky's death was allegedly due to abuse by a number of his seniors who are now being investigated, four people have been declared suspects in the case.

Prada Lucky's family demanded that the perpetrators be punished according to the actions committed against Prada Lucky.

"We want the perpetrators to be fired from the TNI and sentenced to death," said Lusi Namo, Kandung Prada Lucky.
