JAKARTA - HPA's (26) family, a victim of alleged malpractice at Pondok Kopi Islamic Hospital, Duren Sawit, East Jakarta, is collecting medical evidence, a track record of treatment, and witness testimony to take this case to court.

Meanwhile, the victim's attorney, Novi Delia Devi, said that there had been no agreement from his party with the Pondok Kopi Hospital, even though a meeting had been held on Thursday afternoon, August 7, 2025.
"But we haven't had an agreement yet. Yes (the demands continue). They invited us to meet earlier (Thursday) at noon. They asked for it to be resolved by deliberation," Novi told VOI.
