East Kolaka Regent Abd Azis Netted OTT KPK

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) held a hand arrest operation (OTT) today, Thursday, August 7.

Deputy Chairperson of the KPK Johanis Tanak said the party arrested was East Kolaka Regent Abd Azis.

"(Regent, red) Koltim," said Johanis when confirmed by reporters, Thursday, August 7.

Meanwhile, KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo did not want to talk much about the silent operation. The team said it was still at the location.

"Later we will update again who is secured, what items are secured, including related to what cases," said reporters at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta.

The anti-corruption commission has 1x24 hours to determine the status of the party caught by OTT. The official announcement will be made through a press conference.
