BATAM - The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) has arrested a foreign fishing vessel with the Malaysian flag which is suspected of illegally fishing in the Fisheries Management area of RPI (WPP-NRI) 571 waters of the Malacca Strait.
