Ramayana Sales Complain At The Eid Al-Fitr Post In West Kalimantan, Can THR Be Paid In 3 Installments?

JAKARTA - The West Kalimantan (West Kalimantan) Eid Al-Fitri (West Kalimantan) Eid al-Fitr (THR) complaint post has received four complaints about THR from a number of company employees or individuals.

"Until now, the West Kalimantan THR post has received four reports, both from companies and individual employees," said Head of the Manpower and Transmigration Office of West Kalimantan, Manto in Pontianak, quoted from Antara, Friday, May 7.

One of the reporters was a Ramayana salesman who asked via telephone center, whether the THR could be paid in 3 installments and paid each month. "In this case, we have provided an explanation and they already understand," said Manto.

In addition to sales, reports also come from the management of Tenda Dzaky Enteraimant who conducts consultations on THR for its employees.

"This has been responded to and there have been no complaints or problems in giving THR to employees, because we have provided some input that can be applied by the management of Tenda Dzaky," he said.

Another report came from complaints from Central Park Singkawang employees and is currently being handled by the Singkawang Manpower Office and the West Kalimantan Naker Supervisor.

"Third, complaints from employees who were sent home for a year on behalf of the initials YS and four of their friends, and are currently being handled by the Industrial Relations Division of the Singkawang Manpower Office," he said.

He added that based on the information he got, the Pontianak City Posko had also responded to the four reports that had been received.

"But I have no right to inform. Let the Pontianak City Government inform, but everything has been handled by the Pontianak City Government," he said.

At the THR Kubu Raya Posko, there is one report and it has been handled and resolved properly.
