JAKARTA - Head of the DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency, Syafrin Liputo, said that more residents received rejection when applying for entry and exit permits (SIKM) during the homecoming prohibition period.
"Based on the latest data, there were 515 people who filed. 137 were rejected, 65 of which were approved," said Syafrin when contacted, Friday, May 13.
Meanwhile, the rest are still in the process of verifying requirements at the kelurahan level. Syafrin said that the verification should take no longer than two days. Syafrin said, the reason most applicants made SIKM were visits from sick families.
"At most 328 sick family visits, 117 family visits, 43 pregnant women, and 27 childbirths. So, a total of 515 people per 8 o'clock this morning," he explained.
As is known, SIKM is a requirement for travelers to be allowed to travel outside the region during this year's Eid homecoming prohibition period.
SIKM holders while traveling for non-travel purposes must bring PCR results or antigen or GeNose swabs that state negative from COVID-19 and the samples are taken within a maximum period of 1 x 24 hours before departure.
There are only five types of applicants for making SIKM who will get approval. They are people who travel on family visits due to illness, visits from grief of deceased family members, pregnant or childbirth mothers, a maximum of 1 companion of pregnant women, and a maximum of 2 birth attendants
SIKM is made online via the Jakevo page at https://jakevo.jakarta.go.id. Initially, the applicant opens the page and creates an account with Jakevo, then looks for the village where he lives. After that, choose the application type category to see the required conditions.
After SIKM is submitted, the filling in of the information will be verified by a team from the Investment Service and One Stop Integrated Service (Dinas PMPTSP). After verification, the SIKM validation is signed by the local village head electronically.
Meanwhile, for state civil servants (ASN) who wish to undertake an emergency trip, they must attach a minimum letter of assignment from echelon II officials so that they can reach SIKM. For private employees, they must get a travel letter from the leadership.
