President Mardiono's Special Envoy Receives 'Chiek Ambulance' Honorary Title

JAKARTA - The Presidential Special Envoy for Food Security Muhamad Mardiono received the honorary title 'Ampon Chiek' by the Nagan Raya Regency Government.

The title of honor as the supreme king or oldest king was given by the Regent of Nagan Raya TR Keumangan to Mardiono while attending the 23rd Anniversary of Nagan Raya Regency, Sunday, July 20.

"By giving me a traditional title, this is a form of responsibility and God willing, I can do something to encourage prosperity and development, especially in Nagan Raya Regency and generally in Aceh," said Mardiono in his statement quoted on Tuesday, July 22.

Mardiono, who is now in the ranks of the Red and White cabinet, under the leadership of President Prabowo Subianto, admitted that the central government will pay special attention to Nagan Raya Aceh.

All elements of society, local governments, provincial governments, and central governments are asked to unite to build Nagan Raya.

"As a citizen who is currently given the task by the President, of course this is the time for us to pay special attention to the development of Nagan Raya. I congratulate the 23rd Anniversary, let's join hands together to lead Nagan Raya to become a country with a taoyyibatun wa robbun ghofur ballad," said Mardiono.

Meanwhile, Deputy Governor of Aceh Fadhlullah congratulated Mardiono for giving the traditional title. Fadhlullah hopes that giving the title to the leadership of the United Development Party (PPP) can bring goodness to Nagan Raya.

"We are very proud of the name of Aceh Province because it has been given the title to Mr. Muhamad Mardiono. This is a form of commitment from the Nagan Raya government which is open to anyone. Hopefully in the 23rd Anniversary with the arrival of Mr. Mardiono, there are many things that can be seen in Nagan Raya Regency," said Fadhlullah.

Di tempat yang sama, Bupati Nagan Raya TR Keumangan berharap Mardiono menjadi bagian dari Nagan Raya yang dapat membantu kemajuan daerah tersebut.
