JAKARTA - General Manager of the Kalibata City Apartment, Martiza Melati, said that the security system at the Kalibata City Apartment, South Jakarta was maximized so that people outside the residents could not access the unit.

"So it's not that outsiders can just enter Kalibata, our building has been protected by a security system for access to the unit," he said.

Martiza further emphasized that the building has used an access card owned by each occupant and unit owner.

"We have used access cards, yes, dedicated, in the sense that we want to go to the 19th floor, for example, this card has been set specifically on the 19th floor," he said.

Martiza regretted that the woman who jumped from the 19th floor of Tower Jasmine yesterday and the family of a foreign man, had previously not reported occupancy to the apartment management agency.

Anita was desperate to jump from the height of the building because she panicked to see a man suspected of having a mental disorder or a person with a mental disorder (ODGJ) entering her room.
