JAKARTA - The Israeli military launched airstrikes on three ports and power plants in Yemen on Monday 7 in the morning.
Citing France 24, Israeli airstrikes targeted ports of Hodeidah, Ras Isa, and Salif, as well as power plants of Ras Qantib in Yemen.
The Galaxy Leader ship parked at Ras Isa port has also been targeted by Israeli attacks. Since late 2023, the ship has been confiscated by the Houthis.
The Israeli military gave a statement confirming that this attack was a response to the Houthis' attacks on its territory in recent times.
Meanwhile, the attack targeted the Galaxy Leader because Israel thought the ship had been installed a radar system to track ship movements in Yemen's waters.
