The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) revealed that the alleged practice of extorting foreign workers' licenses (TKA) from the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) did not only occur from 2019 to 2024.
Acting Director of KPK Investigation Budi Sokmo said that extortion of the management of the plan to use foreign workers (RPTKA) had occurred since 2012. Where, at that time the ministry was led by Muhaimin Iskandar (Cak Imin) as Minister of Manpower and Transmigration (Kemnakertrans).
