DKISP Kaltara Socializes Electronic-Based Government System Literacy

TARAKAN Provincial Government (Pemprov) of North Kalimantan (Kaltara) through the Kaltara Communication, Information, Statistics and Education Office (DKISP) carried out the Socialization of Electronic-Based Government System Literacy (SPBE) at SMA Negeri 1 Tarakan, Wednesday 4 June.

The Governor of Kaltara, Zainal A Paliwang represented by the Head of DKISP Kaltara, Iskandar said the purpose of socialization was to increase the understanding of the younger generation towards digital transformation in the government sector. This activity was attended by all high school students (SMA) and Vocational High School (SMK) throughout Tarakan City.

"With the SPBE, we can access various government services online, learn more efficiently and actively participate in national development," said Iskandar, Thursday, June 5.

The current digital era, continued Iskandar, digital literacy is very important and cannot be ignored.

"Technology has changed the way we learn, work and participate in society," he explained.

According to him, this SPBE is a real example of how technology can help and facilitate government services to the community. He invited the public without exception to make use of technology wisely and responsibly.

"So that we can become a generation that is smart, competent and contributes positively to society," he concluded. (ADV)
