The Attorney General's Office Examines 22 Singaporean Companies Regarding Crude Oil Corruption

The Attorney General's Office examined 22 parties from companies in Singapore in the investigation of the alleged corruption case of crude oil governance and refinery products at PT Pertamina Subholding and Cooperation Contract Contractors (KKKS) in 2018 2023.

"Investigators at the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) are currently in Singapore and will conduct investigations from today (June 2, 2025) until June 4, 2025. There are about 22 parties being investigated," said Head of the Legal Information Center (Kapuspenkum) at the AGO Harli Siregar as reported by ANTARA, Monday, June 2.

Investigators summoned parties from several Singaporean companies. However, the parties summoned were not present for judicial reasons.

Therefore, investigators coordinate with various parties, one of which is the Attorney General's Office in Singapore, so that the parties summoned will provide information.

"Moreover, from the side of detention (the suspect), if I'm not mistaken, it remains almost a month so that investigators will try to be able to conduct an examination of these parties there," he said.

Regarding who the 22 parties were summoned, Kapuspenkum was not willing to elaborate. However, the parties will be investigated for their alleged involvement in this case.

"The investigation warrant relates to the procurement of crude oil. Then related to refinery products, work contracts. Of course all of that will be explored," he said.

Previously, investigators at the Attorney General's Office Jampidsus were investigating the alleged corruption case of crude oil governance and refinery products at PT Pertamina Subholding and Cooperation Contract Contractors (KKKS) in 2018 2023.

In this case, investigators named nine suspects, namely Riva Siahaan (RS) as President Director of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Sani Dinar Saifuddin (SDS) as Director of Feedstock and Product Optimization of PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional, Yoki Firnandi (YF) as President Director of PT Pertamina International Shipping, Agus Purwono (AP) as VP Feedstock Management of PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional, Maya Kusmaya (MK) as Director of Central and Niaga Marketing of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, and Edward Corne (EC) as VP Trading Operations of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga.

Other suspects, namely Muhammad Kerry Andrianto Riza (MKAR) as the beneficial owner of PT Navigator Khatulistiwa, Dimas Werhaspati (DW) as the Commissioner of PT Navigator Khatulistiwa as well as Commissioner of PT Jenggala Maritim, and Gading Ramadhan Joedo (GRJ) as Commissioner of PT Jenggala Maritime and President Director of PT Orbit Terminal Merak.
