Rano Karno On 100 Days Leading Jakarta: No Need To Compare It To Other Regions

JAKARTA - Deputy Governor (Deputy Governor) of DKI Jakarta Rano Karno talked about his performance with DKI Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung in the first 100 days of leading Jakarta as of May 31.

Where, in the results of the Indonesian Political Indicators survey, the level of satisfaction of Jakarta residents with Pramono's performance in 100 days was only 60 percent. This figure is far below the performance satisfaction of West Java Governor Dedi Mulyadi by 94.7 percent.

Rano asked all parties not to compare their performance with Pramono in Jakarta with other regional heads. This is because each region has a different focus on problems.

"The governor often talks about disparities in Jakarta, tends to be rich in poverty, too unequal, for example. I don't talk about other areas. You don't have to, you compare it with other areas," said Rano at DKI Jakarta City Hall, Monday, May 2.

The man who is familiarly called Bang Doel admitted that his party did not plan to change Jakarta's face on a large scale, such as building a magnificent building or widening the road. However, Pramono-Rano wants to solve the fundamental problems that have been the aspirations of the residents.

"This means that we don't make luxury buildings, but we have built the preparation of the five years. For 100 days only 40 programs are not the big ones with the most foundations," explained Rano.

In the first 100 days, Rano explained that his party had resolved various problems, ranging from the release of thousands of diplomas held at school, to returning the number of Jakarta Smart Card recipients (KJP) which had previously been cut.

"We just strengthen the foundation, yesterday we upgraded JAKI because the interests of more ambulances are all kinds of things," he said.

The Indonesian Political Indicators survey institute released a poll on public perceptions of the 100-day performance of governors in Java, namely Banten, Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, East Java, and DI Yogyakarta.

Executive Director of Indonesian Political Indicators Burhanuddin Muhtadi mapped the assessment of residents in each province of the performance of their respective governors.

The number of respondents taken in Jakarta was 500 respondents. Then, West Java, Central Java and East Java each had 600 respondents. Then, Yogyakarta and Banten each had 400 respondents.

As a result, West Java Governor Dedi Mulyadi (KDM) achieved the highest performance satisfaction from its citizens, which was 94.7 percent.

Second place is the Governor of DI Yogyakarta Sri Sultan Hamengkubuwono X with performance satisfaction by its citizens of 83.8 percent. Then, East Java Governor Khofifah Indar Parawansa was in third place with 75.3 percent satisfaction.

After that, performance satisfaction with the Governor of Central Java Ahmad Luthfi with 62.5 percent, followed by the Governor of DKI Jakarta Pramono Anung with 60 percent performance satisfaction. Finally, Banten Governor Andra Soni with a satisfaction level of 50.8 percent.
