Former Director General Of Communication And Informatics Becomes Suspect In PDNS Case With 4 Others

The Central Jakarta District Attorney (Kejari) has finally named five suspects in the corruption case in the procurement of goods/services and management of the Temporary National Data Center (PDNS) at the Ministry of Communication and Information (Kominfo). Of the names of the suspects, there is a former Director General of Informatics Applications of the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology for the 2016-2024 period, Semuel Abrizani Pangerapan (SAP).

According to Safrianto, apart from Semuel or SAP, another suspect, namely Bambang Dwi Anggono (BDA) as Director of Government Informatics Application Services at the Directorate General of Government Informatics Applications.

Furthermore, the suspect with the initials Nova Zanda, a Commitment Making Officer (PPK) in the procurement of goods/services and management of the Temporary National Data Center (PDNS) at the Ministry of Communication.

The fourth has the initials Alfi Asman (AA) as Business Director of PT Aplika Nusa Lintas Arta 2014-2023 and Pini Panggar Agusti (PPA) as Account Manager of PT Dokotel Teknologi (2017-2021).

Safrianto also explained that based on the evidence and witness statements that had been examined, the five suspects were proven to have bad consensus in the case.

"They have bad consensus to condition the PDNS project," he said.

He further said that from the evil consensus action, state losses were still calculated, but certainly hundreds of billions.

"Based on the provisional calculation, the loss of hundreds of billions of figures cannot be conveyed because it is still being calculated," he said.

The five suspects, he said, were subject to Article 2 paragraph (1) Junto Article 18 of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption.

Head of the Intelligence Section, Bani Immanuel Ginting, said the five suspects were detained at different detention centers in Jakarta.

"The suspect with the initials SAP is being held at the Class I Detention Center in Central Jakarta, based on the Detention Order (T-2) Number: Print-1017 / M.1.10 / Fd.1 / 05/2025 dated May 22, 2025," said Bani.

The suspect with the initials BDA was detained at the Class I Cipinang Detention Center based on the Detention Order (T-2) Number: Print-1018 /M.1.10 / Fd.1 / 05/2025 dated 22 May 2025.

The suspect with the initials NZ was detained at the Class I Detention Center in Central Jakarta based on the Detention Order (T-2) Number: Print-1019 /M.1.10 / Fd.1 / 05/2025 dated May 22, 2025.

"The suspect with the initials AA is being held at the Salemba Rutan at the Attorney General's Office, based on the Detention Order (T-2) Number: Print-1020 / M.1.10 / Fd.1 / 05/2025 dated May 22, 2025," he said.

Furthermore, the suspect with the initials PPA was detained at the Class I Rutan Pondok Bambu, East Jakarta based on the Detention Order Letter (T-2) Number: Print-1021 /M.1.10 / Fd.1 / 05/2025 dated 22 May 2025.

Previously, it was reported that the Central Jakarta District Attorney (Kejari Jakpus) conducted a search related to allegations of corruption in the procurement of goods and services for the management of the Temporary National Data Center (PDNS) at the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs (Komdigi), 2020 to 2024 on Thursday night, March 13.

The search was carried out in several places in the areas of Central Jakarta, South Jakarta, Bogor, and South Tangerang.

Based on the search, the investigating prosecutor found and confiscated several pieces of evidence such as documents, money, cars, land and buildings as well as electronic evidence, and others suspected of being related to the a quo corruption crime.
