JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung officially provides free public transportation services for Transjakarta, Jakarta LRT, and Jakarta MRT for 15 groups of people.
In this program, residents who are included in 15 groups receive the Jakarta Free Access Mobility Card or JakMob which is integrated with various modes of transportation.
In addition to using JakMob cards for payment by tap-in, these 15 groups can also use the JakLingko application. This means that when the card is left behind, they can still take advantage of free facilities for public transportation using mobile phones.
The JakMob card is valid for six months. Once the validity period expires, they can apply for an extension in the application.
"We believe that equitable and affordable transportation access will open up wider economic and social opportunities," said PT Bank DKI President Director Agus H. Widodo in his statement, Tuesday, May 13.
The residents who are included in the 15 groups are the State Civil Apparatus of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, retired ASN, contract workers of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, students who receive KJP Plus, residents of Rusunawa, and the PKK Mobilization Team or the Jentik Monitoring Officer (Jumantik).
Furthermore, workers pay the equivalent of the UMP, elderly 60 years and over (elderly), people with disabilities, veteran members, owner of the Prosperous Family Card, residents who own the Thousand Islands ID card, mosque administrators, PAUD teachers, and members of the TNI/Polri.
"Bank DKI is committed to continuing to support public services that facilitate people's lives, especially those who need it the most," said Agus.

In addition to supporting mobility, this card is also expected to encourage digital financial literacy, considering that population data and beneficiary status have been systematically integrated.
Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Arie Rinaldi expressed his hope that the JakMob Card is a form of Bank DKI's support for the work program of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.
"It is hoped that it can provide the maximum benefit for Jakarta residents, especially 15 groups of people who receive free public transportation services," said Arie.
