Kasus Bansos Pokir DPRD Mataram Disunat, Kejari-BPKP NTB Expose Perkara Bersama

NTB - The Mataram District Attorney's Office (Kejari) in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) stated that it will immediately carry out an exposure to cases of alleged corruption in the distribution of social assistance (bansos) worth Rp. 6 billion from the main funds of the council's mind.

Head of the Mataram Kejari Intelligence Section Harun Al Rasyid said the exposure of the case would be carried out together with the NTB Representative Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) to see whether or not there was a potential loss to the state.

"We have completed the previous additional instructions from BPKP. So, we are ready to expose together again with BPKP," Harun said in Mataram, Tuesday, May 6, which was confiscated by Antara.

He conveyed that the completeness of additional instructions was related to the statements of a number of witnesses who knew and were involved in the distribution of social assistance.

This witness is said to have come from the recipient of the aid to the distribution party from the Mataram City Trade Office (Disdag).

Regarding the timing of the exposure with BPKP, Harun admitted that he had not received definite information from investigators.

"What is clear is that in the near future we will re-expose," he said.

He hopes that when the exposure later there will be no additional instructions from BPKP so that the calculation of state losses can run.

"If I hope everything can be finished. However, just wait and see what the results will be," he said.

The problem with the Psakir fund of the Mataram City DPRD for the 2022 budget year is related to the alleged deduction of the allocation of social assistance recipients.

In the planning, a number of members of the Mataram City DPRD distributed social assistance sourced from the pokir funds in the form of cash. Money is distributed to each group with a nominal budget of IDR 50 million.

The distribution was not directly given by the DPRD, but through the Mataram City Trade Office.

In addition to cutting rations, allegations of misappropriation are related to budget implementing documents (DPA) of the Mataram City DPRD. The council allegedly registered the names of the recipients without any proposal proposals.
