Suspicious Of Being Back And Forth At The TKP, The 51-year-old Police Turned Out To Be A Methamphetamine Dealer In Muna, Southeast Sulawesi

The police arrested a 51-year-old woman with the initials MB, a drug dealer of methamphetamine in Katobi District, Muna Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province (Sultra).

Head of the Public Relations Section (Kasi) of the Muna Police, Ipda Baharudin, said that from the hands of the perpetrators, evidence of shabu-shabu weighing 10.70 grams was secured on Monday, May 5 afternoon.

He conveyed that the disclosure began with information from the public which was then followed up by the Muna Police Narcotics Unit team related to illicit narcotics trafficking.

"We received information that a pair of men and adult women had suspicious movements because they often went back and forth in the crime scene looking for something," said Baharudin when contacted, Tuesday, May 6, as quoted by Antara.

Armed with this information, the team then went to the crime scene and immediately got a woman who had taken a patch of suspected packages containing methamphetamine.

"At that time, the woman was immediately arrested," he said.

From the results of the interrogation and examination of the woman, it was found that the methamphetamine he admitted was obtained from a person named Palo who is currently still being investigated.

"The suspect and evidence have now been secured at the Muna Police for further investigation," he explained.

For his actions, MB will be subject to Article 114 Paragraph (2) and Article 112 Paragraph (2) of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics.
