AGO Examines Adaro's Finance Director In Pertamina Corruption Case

The Attorney General's Office (AGO) continues to investigate the alleged corruption case of crude oil governance and refinery products at PT Pertamina Subholding and Cooperation Contract Contractors (KKKS) for the 2018'2023 period. Recently, investigators examined the Finance Director of PT. Adaro Minerals Indonesia, Heri Gunawan, as a witness.

"(Heri Gunawan) is being examined as a witness," said Head of the AGO, Harli Siregar Monday, April 28.

The examination process for Heri Gunawan has been carried out since this morning. However, it was not clearly conveyed about what investigators were digging.

On the previous occasion, investigators also examined the former President Director of PT Pertamina, Karen Agustiawan. The examination of these witnesses, said Harli, was intended to strengthen the evidence and complete the case files on the nine suspects in the case.

"The examination is to strengthen the evidence and complete the case file in question," said Harli.

The nine suspects who have been named by the AGO in the case of alleged corruption in oil management and refinery products are:

1. Riva Siahaan (RS) President Director of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga

2. Sani Dinar Saifuddin (SDS) Director of Feedstock and Product Optimization of PT Pertamina International Refinery

3. Yoki Firnandi (YF) President Director of PT Pertamina International Shipping

4. Agus Purwono (AP) VP Feedstock Management PT Pertamina International Refinery

5. Maya Kusmaya (MK) Director of Central and Commercial Marketing of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga

6. Edward Corne (EC) VP Trading Operations PT Pertamina Patra Niaga

7. Muhammad Kerry Andrianto Riza (MKAR) Beneficial owner of PT Navigator Khatulistiwa

8. Dimas Werhaspati (DW) Commissioner of PT Navigator Khatulistiwa and PT Jenggala Maritime

9. Gading Ramadhan Joedo (GRJ) Commissioner of PT Jenggala Maritime and President Director of PT Orbit Terminal Merak

Investigations into this case continue in line with law enforcement efforts in the management of national energy resources.
