Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta Rano Karno said that currently the management of Cibubur Tourism City, Bogor, West Java has approved the DKI Provincial Government to operate Transjabodetabek into its area with the route from Kota Wisata-Cawang. Previously, the management of the City of Tourism sent a letter to PT Transjakarta in response to the plan to open Transjabodetabek services to the area they manage, namely Cibubur Tourism City to Cawang, East Jakarta.
"We are still meeting the dynamics in the field, related to the plan to open a route that will enter the area that we manage, which requires further study between us as the manager of the area and the entire stakeholder ecosystem in our area," wrote a letter from the management of the City of Tourism.
With regard to that, the management of the City of Tourism admitted that they had not been able to issue a letter of support for the Tourism City-Cawang route.

Responding to this, the Head of the DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency, Syafrin Liputo, said that the DKI Provincial Government is actually trying to provide public transportation services that prioritize safety, security, and are also affordable for people in the Jabodetabek area.
