"Thursday afternoon there will be a requiem mass at the Cathedral Church at 18.00," said the Archbishop of the Jakarta Archdiocese (KAJ) Ignatius Cardinal Suharyo to reporters at the Cathedral Church.
He also asked every parish in the Archdiocese of Jakarta to perform a requiem mass at their respective parishes.
"It is hoped that parishes throughout the Archdiocese of Jakarta will also hold spirit prayers in their respective parishes," said Cardinal Suharyo.
