The Sudirman-Thamrin Road Intersection Will Be Closed Saturday Morning, This Is The Diversion Of Traffic Flow

JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency (Dishub) will close the intersection along Jalan Jenderal Sudirman and Jalan MH Thamrin, on Saturday, April 19 morning in connection with the Gatheringride with Mas Pram from 05.30 to 08.00 WIB.

Head of the DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency, Syafrin Liputo, said that the bicycle route with the Governor of DKI Jakarta, Pramono Anung, includes the DKI Jakarta City Hall, the Horse Statue Roundabout, Hl Roundabout, Semanggi Interchange, Senayan Roundabout, Semanggi Interchange - Hl Roundabout (loop Sudirman Street 3 times) - Horse Statue Roundabout DKI Jakarta City Hall.

The intersections affected by traffic diversion include:

1. Simpang Jalan Merdeka Selatan-Jalan Budi Kemuliaan-Jalan MH Thamrin;

2. Intersection of Kebon Sirih-Jalan MH Thamrin;

3. Simpang KH. Wahid Hasyim-Jalan MH Thamrin.

4. Simpang Jalan lmam Bonjol-Jalan Pamekasan which leads to the Hotel Indonesia Roundabout;

5. Pamekasan Street intersection-General Sudirman Street;

6. Galunggung-Jalan Jenderal Sudirman intersection;

7. Cross Road Setia Budi Barat Vll- Jalan Jenderal Sudirman;

8. Setiabudi Raya Intersection- Jenderal Sudirman Street;

9. Intersection of Jalan Purification l-Jalan Jenderal Sudirman;

10. Simpang Jalan Prof. Dr. Satrio-Jalan Jenderal Sudirman;

11. Simpang Jalan Masjid Hidayatullah-Jalan Jenderal Sudirman;

12. Simpang Jalan Gamisun- Jalan Jenderal Sudirman

"Road users are advised to avoid these roads and be able to adjust the traffic arrangements set, comply with traffic signs, instructions from officers in the field and prioritize road safety," Syafrin explained to reporters, Friday, April 18.

The traffic engineering on April 19, 2025 at 05.30 WIB until 08.00 WIB is situational, with the following details:

1. Traffic from north (Sarinah) to south (Blok M) can go through MH Thamrin Street-lmam Bonjol Street- Rasuna Said Street- Captain Tendean Street- Wolter Mongonsidi Street- Trunojoyo-dst Street;

2. Traffic from Teluk Betung Street to the east (Menteng) can be through Jalan Jenderal Sudirman-Jalan MH Thamrin-Jalan Medan Merdeka Barat-Beputar in the southern-south round of Jalan Medan Merdeka Barat-Jalan MH Thamrin-Jalan lmam Bonjol-dst;

3. Traffic from the east (Menteng) to the west (Tanah Abang) can use Jalan HOS Cokroaminoto-Jalan Wahid Hasyim-Jalan Mas Mansyur-dst;

4. Traffic from the west (Karet Station) to the west (Manggarai) can be through Jalan R. M Margono Djojohadikoesoemo-Jalan Galunggung-Jalan Sultan Agung-dst;

5. Traffic from the east (Manggarai) to the west (Tanah Abang) can use Jalan Sultan Agung-Jalan Galunggung-Jalan Karet Pasar Baru Timurblll-Jalan Karet Pasar Baru Timur ll-Jalan RM Margono Djojohadikoesoemo-dst;

6. Traffic from the north (Tanah Abang) to the east (Kampung Melayu) can use Jalan Mas Mansyur Jalan Prof. Dr. Satrio or JLNT Satrio-Jalan Casablanca Raya-Jalan KH Abdulah Syafei-dst;

7. Traffic from the east (Kampung Melayu) to the north (Tanah Abang) can use Jalan KH. Abdulah Syafei-Jalan Casablanca Raya-JLNT Dr. Satrio or Jalan Dr. Satrio-Jalan Mas Mansyur-dst;

8. Traffic from the west (Slipi) to the east (Cawang) can use Jalan Gatot Subroto-Semanggi Intersection-Jalan S. Parman-dst;

9. Traffic from the east (Cawang) to the west (Slipi) can use Jalan Gatot Subroto-Semanggi Intersection-Jalan S. Parman-dst;

10. Traffic from the direction of Jalan Senopati or Jalan Pattimura to Gelora Bung Karno can use Jalan Hang Lekir 1-Jalan Hang Tuah Raya-Jalan Hang Lekir lV-Jalan Hang Lekir 2-Jalan Hang Lekir 1-Jalan Asia Afrika-Jalan Gerbang Pemuda-dst;

11. Traffic from Gelora Bung Karno to the south (Blok M) can use the Youth Gate-Jalan Asia Afrika-Jalan Hang Lekir 1-Jalan Hang Tuah Raya-Jalan Raden Patah II-Jalan Sisingamangaraja-Jalan Panglima Polim-dst.

In addition, Transjakarta operations that intersect with the Gatheringride with Mas Pram route apply normally, when a platoon group passes at the Horse Statue Roundabout, the Hl Roundabout and the Senayan Roundabout are adjusted situationally by traffic control officers.

"For long-distance train users who will go to Gambir Station so that they can adjust their travel time," said Syafrin.
