JAKARTA - Minister of Law Supratman Andi Agtas said the Singaporean authorities asked for additional documents for the extradition of fugitives in the corruption case of the Electronic KTP procurement project (e-KTP), Paulus Tannos. The Indonesian government is currently trying to fulfill the request.
"While there are documents that are being requested by the Singaporean authorities," Supratman told reporters at his office, Kuningan, South Jakarta, Tuesday, April 15.
In coordination with the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), continued Supratman, the fulfillment of documents is being carried out through the Central Authority and International Law Team (OPHI) of the Directorate General of General Legal Administration (Ditjen AHU). It is hoped that the request can be fulfilled before March 30.
"God willing, before April 30, the document will be sent immediately. OPHI in this case at any time communicates with the KPK," he said.
