JAKARTA - Moscow and Washington are starting talks about rare earth metals together and other projects in Russia.
"Rare earthworks are an important area for cooperation, and, of course, we have started discussions about various rare earth metals and (other) projects in Russia," said Russia's Special Envoy for economic cooperation and international investment of Kirill Dmitriev, CEO of Russia's Direct Investment Fund to Izvestia. reported by Reuters, Monday, March 31.
