Pramono And Rano Kompak Salad Id At City Hall, Prepare A Special Agenda For Eid Al-Fitr 2025

JAKARTA - Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung and Jakarta Deputy Governor Rano Karno have a special agenda for this year's Eid celebration. Both are scheduled to carry out Eid al-Fitr prayers at the Fatahillah Mosque, Jakarta City Hall.

After the prayers, they will participate in a series of official activities, including congratulating the people of Jakarta.

"I prayed at the Fatahillah Mosque at the City Hall with the Governor. Then after that I went home," said Rano Karno when met at Muara Angke Port, North Jakarta, Friday, as quoted by ANTARA.

Rano also conveyed Eid al-Fitr greetings to the citizens of Jakarta, representing Governor Pramono Anung. "On behalf of the Governor of DKI Jakarta and the Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta, we wish you a happy holiday. Sorry to be born and inner, I hope Jakarta will be more lit up," he said.

Regarding the "open house" agenda at City Hall, Pramono Anung previously stated that he would adjust the schedule to President Prabowo Subianto's agenda.

Fatahillah Mosque, which was inaugurated in 2016 when Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok) served as governor, has two floors and is able to accommodate more than 1,000 worshipers. Previously, this place was a prayer room with a capacity of about 300 people.

The manager of the mosque regularly holds Eid prayers, and this year he will hold the worship again. With the decision of the Governor and Deputy Governor to perform Eid prayers at the Fatahillah Mosque, this event will also be attended by officials and State Civil Apparatus (ASN) within the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government (Pemprov).

On the other hand, the chairman of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Khoirudin, plans to carry out Eid prayers at the Sunda Kelapa Mosque, Menteng, Central Jakarta.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Religion has set a schedule for the isbat session to determine 1 Syawal on March 29, 2025.
