Stock Trading On IDX Experiences Decreased Over Weeks

JAKARTA The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) announced that stock trading data during the period 10 March 14, 2025 experienced various weakenings.

The average daily transaction frequency of the Exchange this week fell by 1.48 percent to 1.09 million transactions from 1.10 million transactions last week.

In addition, the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) decreased by 1.81 percent to the level of 6,515,631,666,000 in the previous week.

The stock market capitalization also decreased by 1.87 percent to IDR 11,235 trillion from IDR 11,450 trillion the previous week.

The average daily transaction volume of the Exchange this week fell by 12.94 percent to 17.31 billion shares from 19.88 billion shares last week.

In addition, the average daily transaction value of the Exchange for a week decreased by 28.43 percent to Rp9.40 trillion from Rp13.14 trillion in the previous week.

Foreign investors today recorded a net selling value of IDR 1.77 trillion. Throughout 2025, foreign investors have recorded a net selling value of IDR 26.04 trillion.
