Vehicles Confiscated Related To Corruption Bank BJB Have Not Been Brought To The KPK Rupbasan

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) said the vehicles confiscated were related to the alleged corruption in the placement of advertisements for PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat and Banten, Tbk or Bank BJB (BJBR) for the period 2021-2023 not yet under control.

As for the search process carried out in a number of places, including the house of former West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil or Kang Emil, investigators confiscated deposits worth Rp70 billion to four-wheeled and two-wheeled vehicles.

They are former President Director of Bank BJB Yuddy Renaldi and Head of Bank BJB Corporate Secretary Division Widi Hartoto.

Then he was named a suspect from the private sector, namely the Controlling Agency of Antedja Muliatama and Cakrawala Kreasi Mandiri Kin Asikin Dulmanan; Controlling the BSC Administration Agency and PT Wahana Semesta Bandung Express (WSBE) Suhendrik; and Controlling PT Cipta Karya Sukses Bersama (CKSB) and PT Cipta Karya Mandiri Bersama (CKMB) Raden Sophan Jaya Kusuma. The investigation warrant (sprindik) was issued on February 27, 2025.

Currently, the detention has not been carried out on five suspects. However, they have been prevented from traveling abroad for six months and can be extended as needed.
