Mother And Child Found Dead In Toren In Tambora, Suspected Of Murder Victim

JAKARTA - Residents of Jalan Angke Barat, RT 05/RW 02, Angke Village, Tambora, West Jakarta, were shocked by the discovery of the body of a mother with the initials TSL and her daughter with the initials ES (35) in their water reservoir (toren). their house on Friday 7 March in the morning.

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of West Jakarta Metro Police, AKBP Arfan Zulkan Sipayung, confirmed that the two women were suspected of being murder victims.

"Yes, that's right, two women were found dead in the house toren. (Allegedly) a murder victim," said Arfan when confirmed by Antara, Saturday, March 8.

One of the victim's neighbors, Surya, revealed that before the incident, TSL had a dispute with his son with the initials R. The dispute occurred because R wanted to get married, but his mother did not allow him before his older sister, ES, married first.

"His brother is 35 years old, his sister wants to get married, there was an argument," said Surya.

According to Surya, TSL and ES live together in the house, while R chooses to live elsewhere, namely in an unknown boarding house.

The victim's own house has three floors, where only the first floor is inhabited by TSL and ES, while the second and third floors are rented out as a plot room.

"The one who rented the entry from the outside door. It doesn't match the victim's house. The stairs are next to him," explained Surya.

Until now, the police are still investigating this case to identify the perpetrator and the motive behind the alleged murder.

"We have processed the crime scene and collected evidence that can uncover this case," said Arfan.

The police will also further examine the background of the victim and the possibility of conflict in the family that led to this tragic incident. This case is still under further investigation by the West Jakarta Metro Police
