Bank Indonesia (BI) has opened a new money exchange service for Eid 2025 starting Monday, March 3, 2025. Through the BI Smart website, people can exchange rupiah denominations. Reporting from the BI website, there are as much as Rp180.9 trillion of money that BI has prepared and deserves distribution to meet the exchange needs for the Ramadan and Eid Al-Fitr 2025 period. The maximum limit for exchanging money for each person is Rp4.3 million. This nominal increases from the previous year, which is Rp4 million per person.
