The Attorney General's Office Searches Pertamina Patra Niaga Cilegon Fuel Terminal To Investigate The Pertamax Oplos Case

The Attorney General's Office (AGO) searched the fuel terminal or fuel oil terminal (TBBM) of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga in Cilegon, Banten, related to the alleged corruption case of crude oil governance and refinery products in 2018' 2023.

"Currently it is ongoing at around 10.30 WIB at a fuel terminal office in Tanjung Gerem, Gerogol District, Cilegon, Banten," said Head of the Legal Information Center (Kapuspenkum) AGO Harli Siregar at the AGO Building, Jakarta, Friday, February 28, confiscated by Antara.

Meanwhile, from a search of a house on Jalan Panglima Polim, South Jakarta, on Thursday 27 February, Harli said that investigators confiscated a DVR and CCTV.

The house is thought to belong to an oil entrepreneur Muhammad Riza Chalid. For information, the son of Riza Chalid, Muhammad Kerry Andrianto Riza (MKAR) as a beneficial owner of PT Navigator Khatulistiwa, has been named one of the suspects in this case.

Furthermore, Harli said that investigators are currently focusing on examining nine suspects and witnesses related to trading and technical procurement.

"Because of why? Because as suspected, it is related to cooperation contracts (KKKS). So what and the role of technical officials related to trading and procurement are needed by investigators in order to see the connection with the roles of the suspects," he said.

It is known that the AGO has named nine suspects in the alleged corruption case in crude oil management and refinery products at PT Pertamina Subholding and Cooperation Contract Contract Contract Contract Contractors (KKKS) in 2018-2023, namely Riva Siahaan (RS) as President Director of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Sani Dinar Saifuddin (SDS) as Director of Feedstock and Product Optimization of PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional, Yoki Firnandi (YF) as President Director of PT Pertamina International Shipping, Agus Purwono (AP) as VP Feedstock Management of PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional, Maya Kusmaya (MK) as Director of Central and Niaga Marketing of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, and Edward Corne (EC) as VP Trading Operations of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga.

Other suspects, namely Muhammad Kerry Andrianto Riza (MKAR) as the beneficial owner of PT Navigator Khatulistiwa, Dimas Werhaspati (DW) as the Commissioner of PT Navigator Khatulistiwa as well as Commissioner of PT Jenggala Maritim, and Gading Ramadhan Joedo (GRJ) as Commissioner of PT Jenggala Maritime and President Director of PT Orbit Terminal Merak.
