The Persecutor Of The Boss To Death In Denpasar Was Arrested By The Police, Positive For Methamphetamine And Koplo Pills

DENPASAR - Denpasar Police and West Denpasar Police, arrested the perpetrator of the murder named Ahmad Santoso (32) from Banyuwangi, East Java. The perpetrator abused his boss to death named Suparno (68) who is also from Banyuwangi.

The perpetrator hit the victim using wooden and bamboo blocks on an empty land on Jalan Pura Demak V, West Denpasar District, Denpasar City, on Saturday (22/2).

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of Denpasar Police, Kompol Laorens Rajamangapul Heselo, said the perpetrators carried out the persecution because they were affected by coplo pills and methamphetamine.

As a result of drugs, the perpetrator experienced hallucinations and emotions and then abused the victim.

"The perpetrator cooperated with the victim. At that time both raised the wood and raised it onto the victim's pickup. And, the perpetrator thought the victim wanted to hit because it was still halu, so the perpetrator was attacked first using wood," said Kompol Laorens, Monday, February 24.

When arrested, the perpetrator was still under the influence of drugs and attacked the police. The police then shot the perpetrator in the leg.

"At the time of the arrest, it was still the same (the halusination), so when the examination was taken to the police station, almost the police officers were attacked," he said.

The perpetrator is suspected of Article 35 paragraph (3) subsidiary to Article 338 of the Criminal Code with a penalty of 15 years in prison.
