"Maybe when the construction was carried out, the landslide was not dense and was in the swamp. So in the second stage during physical development, a lot of damage was found," he explained.
Meanwhile, Assistant for Intelligence (Asintel) of the North Kalimantan Attorney General's Office, Semeru, said that a week after a search was carried out by the office of the PUPR Perkim Office of Kaltara Province, investigators from the Kaltara Attorney General's Office had examined a number of witnesses.
"Currently, investigators are still examining witnesses so that no suspect has been determined," he said.
After the filing is complete and there is a suspect determination, then a judicial process will be carried out at the Samarinda Tipidkor Court.

Previously, investigators from the Kaltara Attorney General's Office had searched the North Kalimantan Perkim DPUPR office on Jalan Ajatish Tanjung Selor and the workshop used for storage by the DPUPR-Perkim in Tanjung Palas, Bulungan.
