Deddy Corbuzier Must Report LHKPN No Later Than May 12

"Based on KPK Regulation (Perkom) Number 3 of 2024, the ministerial special staff is included in the mandatory category of LHKPN (WL). The Perkom is effective six months after its stipulation, namely on April 1, 2025," explained KPK spokesman team member Budi Prasetyo to reporters in Jakarta, Tuesday 11 February.

However, before further processing is carried out, the KPK will coordinate with the Ministry of Defense to ascertain whether the position of the Ministerial Special Staff is equivalent to echelon I, II, or III officials.

This is important considering that in Permenhan Number 28 of 2019, the position is listed as a position that is obliged to report LHKPN.

"KPK akan berkoordinasi terlebih dahulu dengan Kementerian Pertahanan untuk memastikan apakah jabatan staf khusus menteri setara dengan pejabat eselon I, II, atau III, mengingat dalam Permenhan Nomor 28 Tahun 2019 jabatan tersebut tercatat sebagai WL," ujarnya lagi.

Jika ternyata jabatan tersebut setara dengan pejabat eselon I, II, atau III maka Deddy Corbuzier wajib menyampaikan LHKPN paling lambat tiga bulan setelah pelantikan, yaitu pada 12 Mei 2025. Namun, jika tidak termasuk dalam kategori tersebut, batas waktu pelaporan akan dihitung dua bulan setelah Perkom 3 Tahun 2024 efektif berlaku, yaitu pada 1 Juni 2025.
