JAKARTA - In the celebration of the 17th Anniversary of the Gerindra Party by the South Kalimantan Gerindra DPD, Saturday, Gerindra Party Secretary General Ahmad Muzani emphasized that Gerindra cadres must be an example of good and clean government administrators.

He reminded that power should not be abused because Gerindra is a tool of struggle to realize the noble ideals of the nation's heroes.

"We must not be arrogant, we must not all act like we want to win alone. Gerindra cannot be a safety bunker that protects mistakes and is not a taxi that can be chartered at will," said Muzani, quoted from ANTARA, Saturday, February 8.

Thus, he stressed that the Gerindra Party's struggle was not over until it won General Chair Prabowo Subianto as President of the Republic of Indonesia.

Nevertheless, Muzani still thanked the entire extended family of the Gerindra Party of South Kalimantan for their struggle to win Prabowo in the presidential election.

The activity was also attended by all pairs of candidates for regional heads/deputy regional heads elected throughout South Kalimantan.

Every elected candidate pair after being inaugurated, he said, could immediately think about various ways to quickly fulfill all forms of promise during the 2024 Regional Head Election (Pilkada) campaign.

The reason, he said, was that what President Prabowo did after the inauguration, namely to quickly issue policies in accordance with promises during the campaign period, such as eliminating MSME debt, implementing the Free Nutrition Food (MBG) program, and saving budgets.

According to him, victory is the initial stage to fulfill campaign promises.

"This is what Pak Prabowo did because when he was inaugurated as president, he immediately worked to continue development, realizing prosperity with strategic policies and pro-people," he said.

At the 17th age, Muzani prayed that the Gerindra Party would be more favored and accepted by the people and President Prabowo would always be given health and strength to create a just, prosperous and prosperous Indonesia.

Since being sworn in on October 20, 2024, he continued, President Prabowo has determined himself and his position will be used as much as possible for the benefit of the people and the Indonesian nation.
