From the results of the investigation, it was revealed that Okoni Siep was suspected of being involved in the shooting of victims Muktar Layuk (MD) and Korinus Yohanis Wentken (victim of survivors) on November 5, 2024 on Jalan Trans Wamena-Jayapura, Hobakma Village, Yalimo Regency.
"This arrest is part of law enforcement efforts against armed criminal groups that continue to disrupt security in the Land of Papua, and will paralyze the perpetrators and their networks," he said.
