The Murder In Ciracas Is Asmara Motivated, The Perpetrator Is Trying To Seize The Victim's Wife

The murder case that killed Robait Rizki (37), a carpenter from Magelang, Central Java in the workshop area, Jalan Raya Malaka, RT 01/07, Kelapa Dua Wetan Village, Ciracas District, East Jakarta, was romantic.

The victim was stabbed to death by a sharp weapon by the perpetrator named Edi Hendra Saputra (37), a casual daily laborer. The perpetrator is the victim's wife's illicit lover.

Before taking life, the victim and the perpetrator were involved in a commotion. But unfortunately, the victim finally died after being stabbed by a sharp weapon by the perpetrator in the solar plexus, the head of the right top and his hands were cut off by the perpetrator. The victim's body was taken to the Kramat Jati Police Hospital, East Jakarta.

According to AFF (14) statement, the victim's child and eyewitnesses of the incident said the perpetrator was the girlfriend of the victim's wife.

"Initially the perpetrator as the girlfriend of the victim's wife was playing at the scene," he said in a police statement, Monday, February 3.

Meanwhile, after seeing his wife being visited by his girlfriend, he immediately reprimanded his wife. Suddenly the perpetrator was angry and there was a commotion.

The perpetrator immediately pushed the victim to the ground and the perpetrator stabbed the victim.

AFF, who knew about the incident, tried to help his father. but the AFF was actually hit by a knife by the perpetrator on the finger holding his hand.

After the stabbing of the victim, the perpetrator and the victim's wife fled leaving the victim lying covered in blood.

Then the victim was helped by other residents after the AFF shouted for help. A few moments later the victim died. Meanwhile, the case was reported to the Ciracas Police.

The Head of Ciracas Police, Kompol Rohmad, said the perpetrator had been arrested by the Polda Metro Jaya.

"It has been handled by the Jakarta Metro Police," he said when confirmed by VOI, Monday, February 3.

As a result of his actions, the perpetrator was charged with Article 341 of the Criminal Code and or 338 of the Criminal Code related to criminal acts of persecution and/or murder.
