"Hundreds of infrastructure officers from KAI Daop IV Semarang with external assistance personnel were deployed to deal with the conditions due to the overflow of water at kilometer 32+5/7," said Franoto, Thursday (23/1/2025) regarding the repair of the railway line which collapsed due to the Grobogan flood.
According to him, the repair on the previous day was arranged for wooden and iron blocks for railroad crossings that transport raw soil materials and cryicak stones. So far, about 3,800 cubic meters of cryik rock have been repaired.
"Also, approximately 3,800 cubic meters of cryicak filling or retailing has been carried out, we also install iron coating so that conditions at the location can be passed by trains," he explained.
His party targets that today one route can be passed at a limited speed. However, the repair depends on the favorable weather conditions.
