TANJUNG SELOR - Governor of North Kalimantan (Kaltara) Zainal Arifin Paliwang directly inspected the Public Service Mall (MPP) at the Bulungan Regency Investment and One Stop Integrated Service (DPMPTSP) office in Tanjung Selor.

"I want to see how the one-door service process here (MPP, red) I want to see the speed in providing services in this place," said the governor accompanied by the Head of the North Kalimantan DPMPTSP Ferry Ferdinand Bohoh, Wednesday, January 22.

Governor Zainal also circled the existing services one by one and sees the licensing process firsthand. He found an obstacle that made the process late, namely the internet network.

"Actually, if the network is smooth, services such as the Building Agreement (PBG) can be carried out for 10 to 14 minutes so that hopefully it can break a history record like Subang Regency," said Governor Zainal.

"The sport is 16 minutes. Already got a Muri record. If we can get 10 to 14 minutes, it means we can break that record," he continued.

The governor hopes that the Bulungan DPMPTSP can cooperate with related parties.

"Hopefully here we can work with Telkom so that the network is good, so that servants to people who need permission in this place can be served quickly," he explained.

The governor also emphasized that there were no illegal levies at MPP. Because this service has gone through a system and payment transactions are made at the bank.

"So with this fast service, don't be littered with extortion. Acceptance of money that is not in accordance with the rules so that it is avoided. So that public services at MPP are completely clean from receipts that are outside existing regulations," he said.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Bulungan DPMPTSP, Jahrah, said he was happy because he was visited by the Governor of Kaltara for the first time.

According to him, this is a form of commitment from the Governor to improve the performance of public services, especially for licensed services because this is one of the calls from the central government for acceleration.

Regarding network disruptions, it reveals obstacles in the system usually on the network, and this system has already set Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

"The connection with the SOP that has been determined is the point that in this PTSP, especially this MPP in the licensing process, we need the fastest time. Even though there are obstacles, it can be related to business actors when applying for permits, there are incomplete requirements, then they return here again. It took quite a long time, "he explained.

MPP is explained to provide regulated argo related to acceleration.

"That has also been conveyed by the Governor for addition. We from the local government, especially the DPMPTSP, thank you for the governor's visit, hopefully in the future this DPMPTSP will be an entry point for all services. Not only licensing but many types of services are here. Like one stop service," he said.
