KPK Awaits Report on Wealth of Prabowo Cabinet's "New Officials" Until January 21

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) said that members of the Red and White Cabinet have until January 21 to submit a report on the wealth of state administrators (LHKPN). This obligation must be carried out, especially for those who were not previously state administrators.

"Those who were previously not state administrators or were not required to submit an LHKPN, and have not submitted their LHKPN in 2024, are required to report with a submission deadline of up to three months after the inauguration," said KPK Spokesperson Team Budi Prasetyo to reporters in his written statement, Monday, January 20.

"Where the inauguration of the new cabinet is on October 21, 2024, the deadline for submitting the LHKPN is January 21, 2025," he continued.

Meanwhile, for cabinet members who have submitted their reports in 2024, Budi said, there is no need to submit them again.

"So the next LHKPN report is for the 2024 period which is reported with a submission deadline of March 31, 2025," he said.

Meanwhile, the anti-corruption commission has announced that 23 of the 124 officials in President Prabowo Subianto's cabinet have not submitted their LHKPN. This data was taken on Friday, January 17.

The details are that only 46 of the 52 ministers or heads of ministerial-level institutions have submitted LHKPN to the KPK.

Then, only 46 of the 57 deputy ministers or deputy heads of ministerial-level institutions have submitted their LHKPN to the KPK. Next, of the 15 special envoys or advisors, only 9 have reported their wealth.
