TANGERANG - TNI Commander General Agus Subiyanto spoke about the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) Sakti Wahyu Trenggono who said that 30.16 km of fences should not have been dismantled in the Sea of Tangerang Regency.

He emphasized that the revocation was based on the orders of the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto. Therefore, his party immediately carried out the instructions by removing the fence.

"The President's (RI Prabowo Subianto) order," Agus said when confirmed, Sunday, January 19.

Therefore, he ensured that his party would continue the demolition until it was completed. Because many fishermen were disturbed by the existence of the fence.

"Continue. (Because) People who want to look for fish have no access, so it is opened so that people can look for fish into the sea," he said.

He also ensured that the demolition would be carried out quickly. So that people can carry out their activities as usual.

"As soon as possible," he said.

Previously, Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Sakti Wahyu Trenggono requested that the bamboo fence which stretches for 30.16 km in the sea in the Tangerang Regency area not be dismantled.

Because according to him, the fence is considered as evidence in the investigation process being carried out by the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries.
