"Based on the reports we received, 40 houses were submerged and as a result 40 families (KK) were affected by this flood," said Head of Emergency and Logistics Division of Central Sulawesi BPBD Andy Sembiring in Palu City, Antara, Friday, January 17.

He explained that the flood occurred at around 07.30 WITA today.

After receiving information, the Buol Regency BPBD Rapid Response Team (TRC) immediately went to the flood location to review and conduct an assessment.

According to him, his party is still coordinating with the local BPBD TRC, which is currently also coordinating with village officials and conducting assessments.
