Case Of Persecution Of Soetta Airport Immigration Employees End In Peace, Report Withdrawn

JAKARTA - The case of the persecution of the Head of the Banggai Regency Immigration Office with the initials WA against an immigration employee at Soekarno-Hatta Airport in Tangerang named Tembang Prabu ended peacefully. He withdrew the report number LP / 1865 / IV / YAN.2.5 / 2021 / SPKT PMJ dated April 7.

"I have withdrawn my report to Polda Metro Jaya tonight," said Tembang in a written statement to reporters on Friday evening, April 16.

He and WA have agreed to make peace and will solve this problem amicably. "So meeting with WA tonight, I agree that I will not continue the case to the Police, and withdraw the report that was sent by me a few days ago to Polda Metro Jaya," he said.

This case started when Tembang visited a cafe on Jalan Gunawarman, South Jakarta. However, before that, the two of them had been in a feud since three months ago.

After meeting at a cafe, the perpetrator insulted and mistreated him without any resistance from the victim. As a result of the mistreatment, the victim suffered bruises on her face and head.

Furthermore, the victim also made a police report and also attached proof of the post mortem. The victim's report was confirmed by the Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Yusri Yunus when contacted some time ago.

"Yes, the report has been submitted, we are studying it first. We will investigate it," he said.

In this report, WA as the perpetrator of violence is accused of Article 352 of the Criminal Code and / or Article 351 concerning Persecution.
