3 Members Of The Pasber Gangsters Attacked Teenagers In South Kalimantan Arrested, Police Open The Possibility Of Other Perpetrators

The police arrested three Pasber gangsters suspected of beating the victim with the initials PR (19), a resident of Pemurus Dalam Village, South Banjarmasin District, South Kalimantan (Kalsel).

The three perpetrators suspected of being members of the Pasber group with the initials RZ (21), MR (20) and the next perpetrator are still minors with the initials RA (17).

"All three perpetrators are residents of Banjarmasin and beat them while on Jalan A Yani KM 02 in front of the Galaxy Hotel, Sungai Baru Village, Central Banjarmasin District," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Central Banjarmasin Police Ipda Aldy Febrian in Banjarmasin, Monday, January 13, confiscated by Antara.

Aldy said that the incident of beating/persecution took place on Friday, January 10 at around 02.25 WITA. He admitted that he would investigate other perpetrators in this case.

"It is possible that there are other perpetrators involved in this beating case carried out by members of the Pasber (gangster) group, Tom and Pusara. We will continue to investigate the case," said the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit.

In addition, said Aldy, the evidence that was secured included the results of Visum et Repertum (in the process), one sharp machete and one sharp knife, complete with the sarong allegedly belonging to AP, which is currently on the wanted list or DPO.

From the results of the examination, it was known that the perpetrators drank alcoholic beverages before attacking the victim, then the perpetrators carried sharp weapons that the Pasber Gang had collected.

Currently, the three perpetrators have been named as suspects and charged with Article 170 paragraph (2) of the 2nd Criminal Code.

"RZ, MA and RA have been named suspects in the case of beating/persecution and they have also been detained in the police detention cell to undergo further legal proceedings," said the first officer of the National Police.
