Registration For Non-ASN PPPK Selection Extended By BKN Until January 15

JAKARTA - The Provincial Government of South Kalimantan (South Kalimantan Provincial Government) said that the Indonesian State Civil Service Agency (BKN) extended the registration period for the selection of Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) for Non-ASN Personnel Phase II for Fiscal Year 2024 to January 15.

The extension of the registration period is to provide wider opportunities for non-ASN personnel who have not registered for the PPPK selection.

Head of the Regional Personnel Agency of South Kalimantan Province, Dinansyah, confirmed in Banjarmasin, Saturday, that the extension of the registration period through a decree issued by the Acting Head of BKN Nommor: 55/B-KS.04.01/SD/K/2025 dated January 6, 2025, concerning the adjustment of the 2024 Phase II FYPK admission schedule.

"Especially in the scope of the South Kalimantan Provincial Government, Non-ASN personnel who have not registered immediately register which was previously closed on January 7, now until January 15 at 23.59 WITA," said Diansyah as quoted by ANTARA, Saturday, January 11.

Diansyah appealed to this opportunity to be maximized by Non-ASN Personnel within the South Kalimantan Provincial Government who met the requirements criteria, considering that for participants who later did not pass the selection, it was possible to be appointed as a part-time PPPK.

"Regarding the appointment of part-time PPPK, until now the South Kalimantan Provincial Government is still waiting for regulations from the KemenPANRB, but to become a part-time PPPK, it must take the test that has been opened in stages I and II, without taking the test it cannot be a full PPPK or half-time," said Diansyah.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Procurement, Dismissal and Information Division of the BKD for South Kalimantan Province, Mashudi, added that the phase II PPPK selection was intended for Non-ASN Workers who had worked for two consecutive years within the South Kalimantan Provincial Government.

"However, it is not recorded in the BKN Non-ASN database, so that in the implementation there are still Non ASN who do not register in the phase I PPPK selection," said Mashudi.

Mashudi said that the extension of the registration period also opened up opportunities for Non-ASN BKN databases that did not meet the administrative requirements (TMS) when registering for the CPNS and PPPK selection phase I in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of PANRB Number 364 of 2024.

The PPPK formation of the South Kalimantan Provincial Government, which was opened in phase II, is the same formation in stage I as many as 1,493 formations.

"Except for Non-ASN Database BKN participants with Equivalent SD/SMP educational qualifications, a new formation will emerge, namely the Operational Service Management Position so that Non-ASN cannot apply in Phase I because no appropriate education can participate in the phase II PPPK selection," said Mashudi.

Meanwhile, the next selection stage will still follow the letter of the Acting Head of BKN Number: 6610/B-KS.04.01/SD/E/2024 dated 27 September 2024 regarding the selection schedule for the procurement of PPPK FY 2024.

"Therefore, with this extension, the South Kalimantan Provincial Government Non-ASN is advised to register online before approaching the deadline for closing registration," said Mashudi.
