The Directorate General Of Hubla Deposits IDR 6 Trillion To The State Through The Digitalization Of The Port Of The Stranas PK Program

The Directorate General (Ditjen) of Sea Transportation (Hubla) of the Ministry of Transportation has succeeded in maximizing non-tax state revenue (PNBP) through port digitization, which is a National Strategy for Corruption Prevention (Stranas PK) program. They deposited IDR 6 trillion, which became the highest record in December 2024.

"This figure has increased by more than 100 percent, the state budget target is IDR 5.341 trillion," said PK Stranas Implementing Coordinator Pahala Nainggolan in a written statement, Friday, January 3.

Pahala said the increase in PNBP was the result of port digitization which monitored all activities well. Then, other positive impacts can also be felt.

"The achievement of port governance reform until the end of 2024 has had an impact on reducing cargo handling costs, logistics costs to shipping costs due to reduced movement times of goods, ship services, and goods services," explained the Deputy for Prevention and Monitoring of the KPK.

In the future, Pahala ensures that port governance reform actions will be continued. There are other focuses that will be carried out, such as digitizing the national logistics area.

"The port governance reform action was resumed in the period 2025-2026. During this period, Stranas PK encourages the digitization of national logistics areas, which not only includes the main port, terminal for its own interests (TUKS), and special terminals," he said.

This digitization program will also target fishery ports to braided areas. In fact, up to the distribution process, efforts will also be made to adopt the system.

"(This step, ed) is to facilitate the tracking of the distribution of national strategic commodities, such as sugar, salt, rice, meat, cooking oil, wheat, milk, fisheries, to minerals and coal. This is intended to prevent disparities in commodity prices as well as smuggling and hoarding of goods," he concluded.
