First Day Of Work 2025, Acting Governor Of DKI To ASN: Don't Consider Routines Ordinary

JAKARTA - Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Teguh Setyabudi gave an initial year's briefing to all State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government in an apple at the southern side of the National Monument (Monas) crossing.

In this briefing on the first day of work in 2025, Teguh reminded ASNs that they still have the task of compiling accountability reports for activities in the 2024 regional revenue and expenditure budget (APBD).

"I believe that this old man has carried out well. But I ask not to be considered a routine as normal. Prepare an accountability report, report all activities in 2024 as well as possible," said Teguh, Thursday, January 2.

Teguh emphasized that the smooth running of the government is not only seen in terms of the realization of regional income and expenditure, but also its concrete and impactful performance.

"We also support the central government's program, as well as the success of five centuries in Jakarta. The DKI Jakarta budget will be the largest in history, which is Rp 91.34 trillion. Of course this is a blessing for Jakarta with a real, concrete, good, impactful, and welfare program for the community," explained Teguh.

Teguh also appealed to ASN to continue to succeed in the performance of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government in the fields of government, development, and welfare. Thus, this can facilitate the work of the Governors of Jakarta as a result of the 2024 Pilkada after being inaugurated in February.

"How do we bring Jakarta forward until the inauguration of the elected governors and deputy governors the results of the 2024 regional elections. Msh has little time, but we have to move even better," explained Teguh.

"Therefore, let's continue to be enthusiastic, synergize. We prepare so that the elected governors and deputy governors will be able to carry out their duties or functions properly," he added.

On that occasion, Teguh also observed the extreme weather which is predicted to continue throughout January. Therefore, he appealed to coordination with various related parties to continue.

"Now it is still extreme weather, I urge the ranks of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government to continue to synergize with the BMKG, and prepare flood infrastructure optimally. So, if there is a certain time forecast that has the potential for heavy rain and flooding, and later it will have an economic impact, I ask the Regional Secretary and staff, especially the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), to prepare for weather modifications," concluded Teguh.
