JAKARTA - A woman named Rini suffered a accident of losing a Kawasaki KLX D-Tracker motorcycle that her parents bought as a graduation gift in 2021. The motorbike worth Rp. 40 million was reported missing when it was parked in her office area in the Warung Jati Barat area, Pancoran, South Jakarta, on Saturday, December 14, 2024.

"It happened around 2 pm beside the office. The motorbike was a gift from my parents when I graduated from college," said Rini in her statement, Sunday, December 21.

Rini explained that she only realized that her motorbike was missing when she was about to go home from work. At that time, the motorbike used was no longer in the parking lot.

After checking CCTV footage, it was discovered that the two perpetrators were riding on motorbikes. The two perpetrators were seen first observing the surrounding situation by passing in front of the scene.

"Initially they monitored the situation. Then they returned to the parking lot and stopped in front of the office," explained Rini.

One of the perpetrators then entered the parking area as the executor, while his colleague waited in front of the office while opening the fence. After successfully carrying the motorbike, the two perpetrators immediately fled from the location.

"Just realized that the motorbike was missing when I was about to go home from work. Then checked CCTV, it turned out that there were two people who stole my motorbike," said Rini.

Rini has reported the theft case to the South Jakarta Metro Police. The report is registered with the number LP/B/3904/XII/2024/SPKT/Polres Metro South Jakarta/Polda Metro Jaya on Monday, December 16, 2024.

He hopes that the police can immediately uncover this case and arrest the perpetrators, considering that the motorbike has the value ofTherefore as a gift of graduation from its parents.
