Good News For ASN Bogor City, Its Working Hours Adjusted During Ramadan 1442 H

JAKARTA - The Bogor City Government adjusts the working hours of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) and employees of Regional Owned Enterprises (BUMD), during Ramadan, with the rules of the central government.

Reported by Antara, Thursday, April 15, the Head of The Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development (BKPSDM) of the Bogor City Government, M Taufik in Bogor City, Wednesday, said that the adjustment of ASN working hours and BUMD employees is stipulated in the Circular letter of the Bogor City Regional Secretary on ASN Working Hours During Ramadan.

Taufik explained that ASN in Bogor city works for five days a week. In the Circular Letter regulates the working hours of ASN on Monday to Thursday, starting at 08.00 WIB to 15.00 WIB, with a break time of 12.00 WIB to 12.30 WIB.

While on Friday, starting at 08.00 WIB to 15.30 WIB, with rest time at 11.30 AM to 12.30 PM.

Then, for work units that enforce six working days, on Monday to Thursday and Saturday, the working time starts at 08.00 WIB to 14.00 WIB, with a break time at 12.00 WIB to 12.30 WIB. On Friday from 08.00 AM to 02.30 PM, with a break time of 11.30 am to 12.30 pm.

Asn working hours rules in Bogor during Ramadan, referring to the rules of working hours of the government through the Ministry of Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform (KemenpanRB).

Previously, the Minister of PanRB, has arranged asn working hours during Ramadan as stated in the Circular letter on the Determination of Working Hours in Ramadan 1442 Hijri for ASN Employees in government agencies.

In the Circular Letter regulates the working hours of ASN in agencies that apply the pattern of six working days and five working days in a week, during the month of Ramadan.

It is mentioned that ASN working hours are effective for central and local government agencies that carry out six or five working days, during Ramadan in 2021 at least 32.5 hours a week.

The regulation of working hours while paying attention to the control of COVID-19 in the environment of government agencies. Outside of Ramadan, ASN working hours are 37.5 hours a week.
