Police Destroy Sabu Worth Rp100 Million: Rotated, Ground Blender And Discarded

TEMANGGUNG - Temanggung Resort Police, Central Java, destroyed evidence of drug cases in the form of 77.88 grams of methamphetamine worth approximately Rp100 million.

Police Narcotics Officer Temanggung AKP Bambang Sulistiawan explained, the evidence is the result of Operation Antik Candi 2021 with the disclosure of cases involving dealers with the initials AY (30).

"And one suspect with the initials AY (30) residents of Kalikuto Village, Grabag District, Magelang Regency," said AKP Bambang in Temanggung reported by Antara, Wednesday, April 14.

The extermination of methamphetamine by putting in a blender mixed with water, then grinded until crushed and dissolved. The solution water then dumped into the septic tank was witnessed directly by the suspect.

"Destruction of evidence in the form of methamphetamine with a gross weight of 77.88 grams resulting from confiscation approval from the district court. The legal basis is Law No. 7 of 2010. The amount of evidence 88.38 grams set aside 10 grams for the investigation of the trial in PN, the remaining 77.88 grams destroyed today," he said.

Bambang mentioned one of the intentions of this extermination psychologically so that the public knows legally about drug abuse and how dangerous it is.
