JAKARTA - The legal team for the Candidates for Governor and Deputy Governor Ridwan Kamil-Suswono visited the Constitutional Court (MK). They consulted several matters related to the registration of disputes over the results of the 2024 Jakarta Pilkada.

"Earlier we consulted with the Constitutional Court regarding the term," said Ridwan Kamil-Suswono's legal team member, Faizal Hafied, to reporters, Monday, December 9.

Not only about the late registration time, said Faizal, Ridwan Kamil-Suswono's team also consulted regarding the evidence that would later be included in the lawsuit.

"So, during the last time we were able to enter the application was on Wednesday at 23.59 WIB. Furthermore, we also consulted related to the evidence," he said.

Apart from the results of the consultation, it is said that Ridwan Kamil-Suswono's legal team is almost finalizing the collection of evidence of alleged fraud in the implementation of the 2025 Jakarta Pilkada.

However, regarding the time of registration, Faizal said he would wait for orders from Ahmad Riza Patria as Chairman of the Ridwan Kamil-Suswono Winning Team.

"Preparation has reached 97 percent. So, we are just waiting for directions from the Head of the Success Team when we enter this request and also finalize it for other preparations," he said.

Not only evidence, Ridwan Kamil-Suswono's legal team is said to have witnesses who will later convey the alleged unprofessionalism of the Jakarta General Elections Commission (KPU).

"So, later we will present extraordinary witnesses, terrible data that may not be known to colleagues," said Faizal.
