Just A Matter Of QR Fuel Code, TNI Persons Slap The Gas Station Manager

JAKARTA - TNI personnel with the position of Danramil 1306-02/Biromaru Infantry First Lieutenant (Lettu Inf) Agus Yudo slapped gas station manager Tavanjuka Palu Asriadi Hamzah, for filling pertalite fuel without a QR code.

Based on CCTV video footage, the perpetrator slapped the victim's right ear once. The perpetrator then left the victim without apologizing.

"He tried to slap me for the first time, but I avoided and slapped again in the right ear," said victim Asriadi during a press conference Friday night.

He explained the chronology of the impact incident on Friday (6/12) at around 09.50 WITA. At that time, the perpetrator asked to fill up five liters of pertalite fuel for private vehicles.

The victim then explained that since December 1, 2024, it is no longer allowed to fill in pertalite type fuel without using the QR code. Even the victim offered to help create a QR code for the perpetrator. Because at the same time, the victim was registering a QR code for several other consumers.

"I have offered myself to help register. If the network is smooth, it will take five minutes to register and can be used," explained Asriadi.

According to Asriadi, the perpetrator did not want to use the solution offered by the victim. In fact, he questioned why there was no policy regarding filling fuel for him.

"I have apologized, if the policy cannot be helped because it is already in the system," he said.

Asriadi revealed that after the attack incident, the perpetrator even challenged the victim to report his actions.

"The person concerned did not apologize, and instead challenged me to report the impact," he asserted.

Asriadi also revealed that he had met the perpetrators in the mediation process at Kodim 1306/Donggala Palu City. However, he as a victim could not make peace and was ready to take legal action.

"I have gone to Denpom XIII-2 Palu to report. However, it was directed to make a certificate of treatment, as a basis for post-mortem and making a report," he said.
